Pro One Studios founder and president Luis Alfredo has acquired over 20
years combined experience in the field of audio pre and post production
work. He has studied in one of the top 10 audio engineering schools in
the nation, “Institute of Audio Research,” located in Greenwich Village
in Lower Manhattan New York, has formed a number of American rock, and
Latin American bands. Luis A. Hernandez has also founded Light and Hope
Ministries, the only Spanish speaking radio broadcast on the FM dial, FM
88.1, in the entire North East Florida area. This two hour Spanish radio
broadcast has touched thousands of lives in the last five years. Luis
has also worked in two of the three Latin radio stations in
Jacksonville, 970 AM, and 1530 AM. The tropical station, 1160 AM is the
third Spanish language radio station in the city of Jacksonville. Since
1996 he has worked at the FM 88.1 radio station where he is currently
broadcasting Light and Hope program. He began his radio career on 1600
AM with a 6 hour Spanish community service broadcast, this was the
sister station to FM 88.1. He moved to FM 88.1 in 98 where he continues
as a paid volunteer and where he broadcasts Light and Hope (Luz Y
Esperanza) radio broadcast.
With 5 years as host and founder of Light and Hope broadcast and
engineer and producer, 9 years as a radio personality and productions
technician, 7 years of audio editing, recording, and mastering working
in the educational personal development field he has mastered the art of
production in the motivational, radio, and studio recording field.
